When we opened our doors in Washington, D.C., in 2000, we brought with us a firm belief that people have a right to expect attention to detail in their immigration matter. Every immigration case is different, but there are certain USCIS procedures that must be followed from start to finish, no matter what the specific circumstances may be. The process can be frustrating and require many months of waiting. Throughout your case, your Cecil C. Harrigan, PC attorney will work directly with you. We are responsive, flexible and committed to offering the highest levels of client service.

Why We Offer Fixed Fees for Many Services

Many of our clients come to us after becoming frustrated with the immigration requirements or consular process in their country of origin. Every case is different, but there are several steps of the process that must be strictly adhered to. We explain the steps that must be taken in each case and what our fee will be for the anticipated services so that you know what steps will be taken in your case as well as the fees you will pay for the services you need. When we meet during your initial consultation, we will explain the services that you will need, what each service requires from us (and you) and a general timeline for completing the steps. We even credit your initial consultation fee to your retainer.
